Parts in the car
The common Cyprus fittings are in the car: mixer cartridges, cistern valves, hinges, rollers, silicone, hooks and anchors. Most lists are finished in one visit.
Keys and access
A key-holder, your agent or a neighbour lets Panos in. Keys are returned the same day and never tagged with an address.
Photos, then payment
A photo of every item done, before and after, the same day. You pay by bank transfer after you have seen them.
Leaks first
An active leak is seen the same week, often the same day. Turn off the water at the main valve and send a photo of where it comes from.

Prices, in writing before the work starts.
The cheaper of hourly or half/full day always applies. Materials on receipt. Travel is included in Paphos town and the villages. Polis, Latchi, Pissouri and Limassol are scheduled visits, usually half a day or more, with the travel written on the quote.

Do you come for one small job?
Yes, as a visit. But it is cheaper to collect the list: most apartments have a half day of small jobs waiting.
Do you come to Polis, Latchi or Limassol?
Yes. Panos covers the whole Paphos district, Polis and Latchi, Pissouri and Limassol. Outside Paphos town and the villages a visit is scheduled in writing, usually as a half day or more so the travel is worth it, and the travel is on the quote. Active leaks are seen the same week in Paphos and the villages.
Do you do emergency plumbing?
Active leaks are seen the same week, usually the same day. Turn off the water at the main valve first. Night call-outs are not offered; the message is read first thing in the morning.
Can you fix my water heater?
The plumbing side, yes. The electrical element and thermostat are done by a licensed electrician Panos works with, often on the same visit.
Do you do electrical work or carpentry?
Panos brings partners he works with for electrical and carpentry parts and coordinates them, so you still deal with one person and one invoice.
I am abroad. How do I pay?
Bank transfer after you have seen the photos. The invoice is emailed the same day.
