Prices, published. The quote is exact.
No tradesman in Paphos publishes prices, which is why a price quoted on the phone so often grows when the man arrives. These are Panos's starting points for labour. The written quote, within 48 hours, is itemised and exact, and valid for 14 days.

- Before and after photos of every job

Where this sits in the Paphos market
- Handymen in Paphos charge €25–45 an hour and €40–80 a visit; a full day €120–250. Panos is in the upper half: the parts are in the car, the photos are sent, the same man comes back.
- Painters quote €150–500 a room with nothing listed. Panos's room price is labour for two coats with preparation; the paint is on receipt, so there is nothing to hide in the number.
- Cyprus renovation guides put a basic bathroom at €3,000–6,000 and a full one at €7,000–14,000. Panos's range is where the waterproofing is done and photographed.
- Key-holding companies in Paphos charge about €75 a month to look. Panos charges €85 to look and fix.
FAQ
Questions about prices.
Are these prices fixed?
They are the starting points for labour. The written quote after photos or a visit is exact and valid for 14 days. The total on the written quote is the total you pay. Nothing is added at the end.
Why not a price per m² for everything?
Because a 20 m² wall with ten holes costs more than a 30 m² wall in good condition. The quote prices the actual job. The per-m² and per-room figures here tell you the range before you ask.
How do I pay from abroad?
Bank transfer after you have seen the photos of the finished job. For renovations, a deposit for materials and stage payments are written on the quote.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Photos on WhatsApp or a 30-minute visit in Paphos town and the villages are free. The damp inspection with moisture readings is charged and deducted from the job.
Is there a guarantee?
3 years on workmanship, in writing on the invoice. Materials carry the manufacturer's guarantee.
Do the same prices apply in Polis, Pissouri or Limassol?
The labour rates are the same everywhere. Travel is included in Paphos town and the villages. Polis, Latchi, Pissouri and Limassol are scheduled visits, usually half a day or more, with the travel written on the quote.
Send photos. Get the exact figure within 48 hours.
Two or three photos of the job and your village. The quote lists each item, the products and the total.
